Keeping in touch should be a must and good luck with nursing school.

I do not have schooling or a career that pays good I'm stuck making $9-$12 / hour jobs & im sick of living this up and down life style, when i finally get my cars paid off and getting ahead i get knocked down and have to sell them to make it then i lose everything i worked for.

For instance, once thing we try to do is only look at properties that are in good school districts because I feel that would be attractive to potential longer term tenants.

Investments in infrastructure - ex. major roads, highways, new schools, etc. 

I'll then reach out to BP agents/investors in those areas to talk about the market (cap rates, crime, neighborhoods, schools, population growth, etc).

Both lawyers stated that I guess because that's what they read in the terms, who knows i never went to law school so I leave that stuff to them.
