What they will usually do, is start complaining all of a sudden, trying to make it look like the place is uninhabitable, or you are not responsive enough. 

All of a sudden there was the law student on the screen and we had a conversation as if we were in person. 

Gave up after three.It's not that the walls are going to be painted badly, it's that the trim will be painted badly, the door will suddenly get painted, the door knob gets painted, the AC vent gets painted, the closet doors will get painted. 

You will find that you had no problems with a tenant and all of a sudden they are complaining about mold and roaches and who-knows-what, and you're wondering what in the heck the deal is.  

Either way, the sudden request to extend the visit, especially for such a long time is highly suspicious.Tell him, sorry but the rules don't allow the extension and you will need to report him.

Suddenly, merchants would become more concerned with selling items of value rather than items of image, because people would start to scoff at items at image and seek items of value, and invest and sve the rest.
