Yikes have you tried calling?

We constantly get offers on our out of state properties but have no interest in selling, leaving to our kids, so no “deal” to be had until our kids own them.

So, as you can imagine we have made a couple of moves throughout our career. 

In the short term, I aim to replace my monthly income from my current entry-level job, I dont make a ton of money so this shouldn't be too difficult.

I have primarily experienced this with employers that want a written consent before releasing any details about an employee, understandably so. 

That's why I was leaning to foreclosures so I can do full cash (heloc) purchase.The other part I need to get more fluent in is how to document all of those action items in the LLC to keep the corporate veil. 

To be clear I am not really looking for someone to analyze the deal for me, but more-so looking to see if I should be thinking about anything in particular that I haven't been.

While I call Florida home, I am originally from Baltimore, MD, and I also run a small real estate team there.  

As I have been building my foundational knowledge for investing, I am at the stage where I am also wanting to keep up with the market data that, so I may better understand the specifics of the market of my choice.

If so, any recs in the Horry County area?
