Owner won’t sell because house has sentimental value

Hello BP!

I have recently come across two separate deals, where the owner does not live in the house, but will not sell because the properties have sentimental value to them. Has anyone had experience with this and/or have any ideas on how to create a win-win situation? Thanks!

Why do you consider these deals? They are not deals, they are properties the owner does not want to sell. Move on and stop wasting time. Check in with them every six months but I would not waste another moment on them right now.
