My local Home Depot has some nice 12 x 12 glass backsplash tiles for under $5 a sheet in several different colors; I've used these in several different houses behind ranges and sinks and covered large areas for under $100.I particularly like putting something behind ranges to catch the grease and "smoosh" that often ends up on walls; easier to clean off these glass tiles; cleaning the stuff off painted walls frequently results in paint removal.Gail
