Hello all,

Just joined the other day and I thought I would introduce myself. I'm a licensed REALTOR® in the state of Nebraska and a house flipper (just finished and sold flip #3!). Currently, I'm looking for my next flip and hope to try the BRRR method in the next year or two. Looking forward to getting to know the rest of the investor community!
