And if you are selling it the buyer is an investor who will look at how much rent he will be able to get.Building a single family house and selling it could be profitable because you are selling it to an owner, and who would not want to pay a bit of a premium for a nice new modern house?

In small towns, I think from the city superintendent down to the old lady on the corner you can get any information you need easy and fast.

I went with the loft style exposed round duct work as that gave a good modern feel to the apt was less expensive then trying to bury the ducts in the walls and all the associated drywall work. $7K was the cost.
