Do you have a number or app posted that the residents can contact to have the service man come out and fix the machines?

If on other hand, you plan to keep the property management in house, then go with the app that supports growth: as you said AF is the one. 

Total Title Solutions is also fantastic and does mobile closes.  

I had the option of attending a free group and also help my own meetups ( on meetup app) to get together a group of folks.

Since Zillow also owns Trulia and Hotpads, I'm not sure how that will translate to those apps but I suspect it will in some fashion.So my question: what are you all using for alternatives?
