Investing in a flood zone
Anyone invest in a flood zone lately? Looking at a place close to the beach and aside from flood insurance, any other protection strategies?

@Chris Petzy It's pretty risky. You can never predict the weather. Have been in a flood. It was not fun. Would not do it again. Was lucky since I had properties in other areas. Had my entire portfolio been in the flooded area, it would have been devastating. Got lucky. Now I understand why you should not put all your eggs in one basket. Good luck!
