Florida attorney - gulf side recommendations?

If you're looking for title services, they are fantastic and Seminole is just south of Largo.  Total Title Solutions is also fantastic and does mobile closes.

If you haven't already, read the FAR-BAR AS-IS contract.  The right to cancel during the inspection period is pre-written.  As attorneys, they can write you a purchase and sale contract, but I doubt they'd advise you to re-invent the wheel, the standard contracts are 12 pages for a reason!

I'm looking at Clearwater/largo - Venice and Fort Myers so far.

I'm looking to close on a property once make an offer. My only thing is  Contingencies for the Earnest money. I'd like to open  A contract with the right to back out if it fails my inspection with in a  specific time period.  After that I'd buy more.

I have used/been involved in transactions with DeLoach, Hofstra & Cavonis, P.A., and Seminole Title and they have been nothing but professional and helpful.  I'm not sure where you are, the Gulf Side of Florida is pretty big!  They are in Pinellas County.  And you don't say what kind of lawyer, yet they are pretty solid in most areas.
