Washer/Drier company is terrible!!!

Hi everyone, my washer drier company (CSC Service Works) is extremely bad at correspondence, but very good at decreasing my portion of monies received each three-month period. I've just calculated that they now take 64.57% of each commission check, nearly two-thirds of all monies recieved. Of course they don't tell you they will knickle-and-dime you, they leave that for you to figure out yourself. My question: My five-unit place is in Riverside, in Southern California - does any one know of a reputable company that charges a fair commission (usually at or close to a 50/50 split with them paying for all possible maintenance) that operates in this area?

What are the nickles and dimes? After hours service repairs, parts (???)

Do you have a number or app posted that the residents can contact to have the service man come out and fix the machines?
