I certainly have several significant real estate investors and clients that have temporarily 'paused' their searches in observance of economic conditions, but most of my mentors and $100M+ developer friends are forging ahead. 

I am looking for a mentor now. 

They can request the T12, we meet 1:1, we provide webinars, PDF Investor Deal Pkts, Hop on the Phone 1:1, etc...It's NOT a coaching or mentoring program so to speak BUT definitely a place to learn our thought process about the opportunity at hand.I Hope this was Helpful.Dino

I would imagine at the time I am ready to bring a deal I am knowledgeable about how to close it with meeting lender requirements,by either observing an experienced syndicator/having a mentor.

I had a mentor once tell me the reason why he teaches is do dumb@ss newbs like myself at the time didn't screw $hit up for him.

Her bootcamps offer some good content, but it is all a front to get you to sign up for her mentoring program — to the tune of $5,000 to $20,000.

In addition, my hope is to find a property that I can offer up to an experienced investor without an assignment fee for some mentoring.

Most of the time when it comes to these guru courses,boot camps,mentor packages,etc you'll never get even 1 person to say they made a deal or not.

Since that deal and from YL campaign, I now have a duplex under contract and putting another one under contract tomorrow with my mentor/coach.
