I'd like feedback from those investors that are actively using Sean Terry's Flip2Freedom and have completed either double closes, wraps or subject to. I've read a lot about Sean Terry on the forum and even from those that are members but have not heard anything specific from those that have used his forms and information to close deals. Thank you.
