@Patrick NickersonA few points to consider:1) Since you're newer to BP, you may not be aware, that your type of post sounds like advertisement and BP asks to post under the Marketplace.2) I'd advise to consult with your securities attorney prior to posting anything on social media, particularly about 506b's. 3) You may want to consider hiring a broker to help you raise the funds.4) Another alternative to nu 3 above is to co-GP with someone who can cover this side of the business for you: cap raising, investor relations, asset management, perhaps other things, while you concentrate on the construction itself.5) A few more thoughts on finding the investors... https://www.biggerpockets.com/member-blogs/10850/86199-how-to-find-wealthy-investors
