Great place to start looking, even further north and north west along I-10, are still great locations for healthcare workers.

@Jim Vani I would start with your local title companies, I suspect several of them would offer account servicing options. 

So, I will share my opinion and leave it for other, more tenured investors, correct me.This is my understanding: your goal is to get the property at such price and location that it would make sense for investor (your buyer) to purchase from you and do whatever they want to do with it.

I've noticed a lot of coffeehouses decorate their spaces by advertising local art that customers can purchase.
