If they are lying, they change their tune and will decline the offer and will be insistent that they don't want to be bothered.

While running some of our options thru Awning.com, we noticed that having a hot tub in some areas changes the revenue dramatically (+/- 20k+), while in another area only a few miles away a hot tub has little to no effect on the potential earnings.Can anyone help us understand why this might be?

Why does it change things-- unless you're thinking cleaning, etc., but those were all sunk costs from the get?

Also, be well aware of "Dodd-Frank Act" if you ever intend to do more than 1 seller financed transaction per year.
