In the "DIY" models, none of these components are designed for prolonged use and often the entire unit is scrapped once any small issue arises.

Hi @Vladimir BarmanI am not up in your neck of the woods and will freely admit that it may be a completely different game (Although we both have the "State" designation).

Nothing says huge repair bill like not discovering a slow leak's been happening for a long time.I don't have fancy water fridges by design but would put vinyl under those for sure.Another fave is filter cleaning and water tank flushing. 

Search tax records for property owners with more than X amount of properties (whatever you designate as the investor you are targeting).
