Mario F. how to contact seller agent directly without my own agent?

In other markets, such as NYC where I work in commercial real estate, many brokerages do not co-broke, so you would be better off going direct to the seller's agent, or cough up some extra cash to cover your agent's commission.

Coopetition is a thing around here, with wholesalers co-wholesaling for others, building a team, etc - buyers are not the problem in this market, DEALFLOW is, but the right team behind you can make it all worthwhile.Hope to meet up sometime - and Rob in my office offers free 30 min coaching sessions too, if you think that would help!

Assuming the beneficiaries are on the trust,at the demise of the last creator, the beneficiaries take possession/ownership on that date at the FMV of the property - - ie the setup is to FMV.

I would like to know if anyone would be interested in a type of co-wholesaling. in which I would find deals through direct marketing, mailers, ECT. and I would bring them to another wholesaler to complete the process.
