Most of the clients that we see are looking for loans from $250,000 up to $10MM, where the best properties still have value-add and appreciation opportunities. 

Asset protection planning will NOT aid a client in evading the payment of taxes etc.

Hi Michael - I have not used IIP, but I've heard good things about them from some current clients.

I have clients who have recently started as wholesalers. 

I can send you a referral for an HML we refer our clients over to (we wholesale residential deals) but aim to have conversatoins like, "I'm looking for ____ because we want to _____ and accomplish ____."

I can offer you advice, guidance, etc. and in return, I am looking for a client - at no upfront charge. 

My questions is what do most of you have for coverage or recommend to your clients?  

I have a client right now that needs $20,000 for her deal and already has a 1st and ready to Clyde and is willing to pay points and equity since she is getting the property at 55% ARV and has a motivated seller.
