Wholesaling-getting a contract accepted by Seller

Evie Cameron
Posted

I am a real estate agent in California.  I have clients who have recently started as wholesalers.  We have written several purchase contracts but have not had any of them accepted.  Agents representing the Sellers call me and ask about my clients' success rate as wholesalers.  I am honest with them, and tell them we have not had any accepted purchase contracts, so there have not been any contracts to wholesale.  No Sellers so far have been willing to accept our offers.  What can I do differently?  What can I say to Sellers' agents that will help break through this barrier?
