Its a great area, and the entire city is coming back.

They dine out, watch a movie, or spend the day shopping in another city.

He was from a city about an hour outside of Columbus (where we are based) and sold us on how hot the market was in that area.

I live in The Twin Cities, MN and have no idea where to start looking

The owners want to sell however the house is under receivership by the local city.
