The report should include vacancy rate, rent rates, absorption rate, square feet under construction, and square feet in planning. 

If you're going to rehab it and flip it you definitely need to add square footage!

1,200 square feet of retail and a 2,000 square foot shop.

@Russell Brazil  same type of laws in Or WA and CA... one must bone up on the laws before embarking on this path...

LOL.in our forms in CA OR WA it clearly state liquidated damages are limited to the EM.However this is why wholesaling for those that can't close is such a stain on the industry.. you have this guy thinking shoot I will just put up 100 bucks if I can't close no sweat its just 100 bucks.. totally the wrong thing to be doing... and I am glad that states are finally seeing this and starting to enforce the selling RE without a license rules that have been on the books for ever..
