The City is heavily broke down by neighborhood designation and that reflects your buy in based on flipping or renovate to hold.Also, you should prefer to work with an agent or project manager that is active and or transactional to the neighborhoods you choose.

Now one girl dropped out and says she's not living there no matter what and the rest say they'll start paying only if June/July/August is forgiven and all laundry list items are resolved.Should I just start eviction and call this an expensive lesson learned?
