Looking for my first deal and an investor-friendly agent

My name is Jose Reyes and I'm a new investor in the Philadelphia area. I've been researching the real estate business for a while now, I'm ready to start, and I'm very serious about my new business venture. My goal is to flip single family houses using hard money first until I have enough cash of my own. I've been currently approved by a hard money lender, but other offers will definitely be considered.

A little bit about myself, I am an out-of-state investor currently living in NYC. However I have a flexible schedule that allows me to travel to Philadelphia continuously and during weekdays. I am actively looking for properties, however most of the agents I've contacted seemed more focused on homeowners than investors. That is why I'm writing this post to get some help finding an excellent investor-friendly agent. 

When it comes to the neighborhoods, I'm looking for the best ones where my numbers will work. I'm looking for a long term business relationship, someone who knows the City well and is willing to help.
