Trying to buy in the 100-150k range, but having trouble finding something that the numbers make sense on.

If this is the only duplex in 15 miles is there sufficient demand for this property type, can the units be rented, what is market rent, vacancy etc. 

The only time Im that high are for serious unknown problems like a caving foundation wall, or if we are talking properties in the $1 million range.

They ranged from conventional, DSCR lenders, and Private Money.    

For instance, many markets have A/B class neighboorhoods in the price range of 300-400k, therefore, allowing you to utilize more leverage of OPM.

If the people sketched out outnumbers the people that like the alternative-to-the-standard, then at some point the market punishes us sufficiently for offering the alternative, that we stop offering it. 

You can always probe more if the response isn't sufficiently detailed at that point.
