REA request for pre-approval letter
Hi,
I'm at the phase where I'm looking for real estate agent. Sometimes in the interview process, an agent will ask for a pre-approval letter. My pre-approval letter lets me edit the offering price and exact address, but by default it states the max qualified loan for a zip code. What should I give an agent when I'm only beginning my home search? I'm interested in homes in a range below the max offered.
