Do you care who pays the rent?

I just received one of my rent payments from someone I don't know on behalf of the tenant. The amount is correct and the rent is current. Would anyone take issue with this?

Yes, I would care and would contact the tenant to find out what is going on.  Not going to stop me from cashing the check but yes, I would care and want to find out why.  Future months would be the main concern for me.  What happened to cause this and what is being done to rectify the issue.
