When all your cash gets eaten up by a bad tenant or new roof or whatever you will sleep better knowing that, at least, your employees (tenants) are busy paying your property off at a fantastic rate.

He also told my cleaner that they will be give them a good notice before it starts.Having said all that, he said they plan to start stopping some of the bigger cleaning companies and cabin rental places from using the convenience centers soon to see how that affects things before they try to implement full scale on all cleaners.Of course this is second hand info so take it for what it's worth.Do you know if the sprinklers will be needed for sleeps 12 or more than sleeps 12?

I could tell you a little about warehouse and office but my specialty and what I eat, sleep, and breathe is triple net leasing with retail and then larger multifamily buildings.The postcards will not matter as sellers of properties like this are very sophisticated.

So counterintuitively, while the island is less affected than the Riviera itself (but still too much affected to my taste), it might suffer the most as it's 100% dependent on tourism and getting on an isolated island where you can't go to the beach because it looks horrible, stinks and is hazardous to your health wouldn't make sense and there's little else to do that doesn't involve the sea.Now that you bought the property, don't lose sleep over this and make the best of it.

Then i will put my self on payroll and have 2 income and now i can sleep because im out of the stocks market im making 150k a year doing nothing plus with a percentage return in 8 years when the real estate portfolio is sold. in 10 years my business when i sell my business for 10 million.

I would build my investment portfolio and live in a van or sleep on my parent's couch if I had to before I spent good money on my own personal home, and I would have started as soon as I hit 18.
