College Campus Property Has Good Cashflow... Usually.
I don't know what to do here. I've run some numbers on this property, and it looks great. In fact it looks too great. I'm wondering about what I could be missing here, and wanted to maybe catch some thoughts from people more experienced than me! I'm also nervous because this is a college property. The campus is entirely shut down, and the property is empty.
How would you guys negotiate this sort of thing? Or would you at all?
