My current Realtor was found via someone I met on BP.As for gatherings, Google "REIA Northwest Indiana" or something related to that area and you should find a local Real Estate association. 

(Separately, I could argue that for a relatively low dollar flip, you don’t need builders risk.)

I have my inspection tomorrow and met with the broker today and he said they were just sent a letter from a lawyer saying the seller going to be sued relating to a separate business he’s involved in.

It makes sense to me that opening a separate bank account would help me distinguish business related receipts from personal expenses.
