Hello everyone , Im Mike from Northwest Indiana.  Im new to Bp and new to this real estate world.  Ive been in construction my whole life (30 years).  Wife and I did our first flip and learned a lot.  We made mistakes and still did pretty good for our first time.  Ive always wanted to rehab houses.  Im looking for another flip or 2 to roll our profits into rentals.  I have read books and listened to podcasts from here.  I am actively trying to build connections and seek guidance as this is all fairly new.  Would really like to find a good realtor who will help me find properties.  Im regularly looking at houses but some help would be great.  The last realtor i used was not very motivated.  I would also love to find any gatherings or meetings where people like myself may go in the northwest indiana area.  Thank you all in advance...
