@Mike Webb it is extremely frustrating when that one person, with his "x" years of experience over rides 4 people (my agent, buyers agent, me, and 1st appraiser) with a combined 70+ years experience... and there is NO RECOURSE!!

The property was developer owned who was renting to ride out the RE crash.

If there isn't a REIA meeting that is accessible by bus, is there a family member, friend, co worker who would be willing to give you a ride to a meeting once a month (maybe they may learn something as well).
