I have a cousin that is finally getting out of Afhganastan and will be stationed in Colorado Springs. He told me he is having a tough time finding a property to rent for him and his wife. A 3 br, 2 bath, fenced back yard for around $1200/month. Now where the problem starts for them is they have pets. 3 cats and a 25lbs Chihuahua/pug mix. Are the pets going to be a deal breaker in finding a property? They are fine with pet deposits.
