And don't forget that any entity has ongoing obligations and suggested activities such as filing annual reports and taxes, annual meetings, having a separate bank account, etc.If you do change it to an entity don't forget to update the insurance as soon as possible as you might not be covered under the new entity/ownership until you do and that might not be something your attorney remembers to remind you about.
