If you don't prioritize your time correctly investors will run you around rampant for no real pay.

Have alot of flips going and I buy and sell a lot of property, know alot of the local players.

I'm sure they'll probably help the hospitality business with clinics, schools, tournaments and other players. 

I'm a very small player compared to many investors.

Many bigger players did that with large apartment houses.So many stories.

The biggest players in the lease arbitrage world (Stay Alfred, Sonder etc.) have already formed solid relationships with large multifamily management firms and developers and their relationsips usually include exclusivity clauses locking other operators out of that building. 

I’m from a smaller town (Greeley) in Northern Colorado and although there are several larger and smaller multifamily properties there doesn’t seem to be a major player.

However, in this case knowing your options may help you better prioritize your decision criteria.
