My question is, for a direct mail campaign, what data is relevant besides the owner info and property address?  

Curious if anyone has had success mailing to all equity homes in an area.

If you have money I hear direct mail is as great option.

I was reminded listening to the latest podcast that the fix/flip thing comes with a hefty price tag to your current employer... up to 60% of the income, so something to keep in mind.

I have contacted some lawyers in my area who have experienced this type of creative financing and willing to check out my papers.Also I already made some direct mail marketing and spoken to some motivated sellers.If you have done this kind of investing i would be happy to share the deals to someone who can help me out and walk me through to get my first deal. 

During that time I changed the locks and gave them my flyer which has my contact info on it and where they can drop off or mail the rent. 

Basically your not the mail man, but shouldn't be much of a problem.
