Hello All,I started to listen to the BP podcasts within the last week and I am hooked on the great information being provided by Brandon and Josh!

I would also for the expired listings for the last 60 days in that same neighborhood.  

My experience in RE was only the few times I'd hear about how my Granddad was an agent, until last year I joined Lifestyles Unlimited.

There is a house that sold last year and was remodeled across the street and I'm fairly certain it is being rented now.

I determined the ARV by comparing similar houses in the area that have sold within the last 6 months.

I ran into a lot of construction problems this year when I tried scaling from 3 - 5 projects to 20-25 projects running at the same time.I have done a lot of flips in over the last sixteen years but I think BRRRR is an easier way to learn construction.On a flip, you have no room for error.  

While I'm no where near being able to quit my job, I have made progress over the last few years.

I wouldn't last one winter in your shoes! 

I've been listening to podcast over the last year and reading to prepare myself for crossing over the line to real estate investing.

My brother in law and I have been trying to purchase a rental for a few months now but we have been having trouble getting bids accepted.A few days ago we put in a bid on a short sale house last Friday.
