Welcome--! I hope I am doing this correctly.  My name is Nathan. My experience in RE was only the few times I'd hear about how my Granddad was an agent, until last year I joined Lifestyles Unlimited. I saw that what they do works, but I don't believe I have enough cash at the moment for their strategy. It was in one of their classes that I heard a woman mention Bigger Pockets.

Months later, I went to an REIA intro class here in Addison. This is where I realized there were many ways to approach investing. So far, the subject-to method sounds interesting to me.... or any other method that does not require a lot of money down.

I start a 3 day class tomorrow=D I'm also really impressed at the resources on this site.

My main concern at starting all this is talking to people. I am not a social butterfly, and often deal with social anxiety, but I feel that this is something that shouldn't keep me from getting into this.

I'd assume the more I talk to people, the easier it will become. But if anyone would like to share their perspective on the social skills of one in real estate, I would appreciate it. Thanks for reading my intro =)
