I didn't get any quotes yet, but it mostly likely would be cheaper than 300K, and more durable, so that is another way to go about it.

Like others have said:1) Do not use laminate in a bathroom ever. 2) Tile is the best most durable choice IF you have proper subfloor.

If these are ones on wheels they would be more closely aligned with Recreational Vehicles and land usage can be tricky as I believe you may not be able to keep them in a place for more than 30 to 60 days.
