Each of these claims cited a violation, such as "Failure to Make Reasonable Accommodation", "Refusal to Rent", "Expelling a Purchaser", "Applying Different Terms and Conditions", “Steering” and “Circulating Discriminatory Communications”.

The extra $$ you may get are offset by the extra communication required.

I would include maybe 1 or 2 stack cards with relevant information and what will make your style of communication different, unique or better than what they are currently receiving.

(our lot was a 20 acre parcel, but there were neighbors down the road and we didn't want to annoy them) The point is, there are solutions to what you view as problems, and most of them are caused by lack of communication.

I want to communicate-- you can always make real estate a part of your “big picture”—take John’s advice, find something that will allow you to contribute to your family’s finances (serving tables is a great gig for fast consistent cash), and start becoming an expert in real estate on the side (this forum is a great place to start just that).
