What State Offers Best Returns

G'Day everybody, my wife (31 and 32) and I are currently working abroad to save up with the hope of returning to the US and purchasing property.

We are currently doing research on which State would be best to purchase real estate in terms of the best returns. We currently have around $100 000 in cash and wonder which why would be the best to proceed.

This is an awesome blog and we would appreciate any input or guidance. Thanks so much in advance.
