If this was a standard rental process then yes, I'd recommend going through the process of applications/screening steps, a background check, and then require the deposit; since it sounds like the house is being rented to transient workers though, the very nature of the work situation calls for a bit more flexibility on the renting end.

Anyone here invest in assisted living homes in either CO or IL?

I'm looking for a mentor and partner to join with in the IN, IL, CO areas. 

I mean, a private loan is your buddy Jimmy, your cousin Sally, your co-worker John, who has a hole being burnt in their pocket  by having too much money sitting around earning very little in a savings account or money market account.

I also co-host two listings that i do not own, am activly pursuing additional arbitrage opportunities in my area. 

I am in Colorado so my property has a large equity amount but I can't access it without refinancing which I don't want to do, I would like to use a small portion of the equity I have in my property to use HM to get another property.
