Advertising to traveling Nurses

Hey BP!!

I have my rental in Saddle Brook, it’s been ready for rent since the new year. I know it’s January, tenant pool is small. But I need to get it filled in order to keep the machine moving along.

Does anyone know about advertising to traveling nurses or doctors. Or anyone in the medical field??

Please let me know how to do this with out having to pay some company to do it for me.

I know a lot of people have luck through facebook groups specifically for contract medical staff. Also other people I know will advertise on airbnb/vrbo but they will do a discount for extended stays and advertise how close they are to the hospitals. You can also call the HR/Recruiting offices of hospitals in your areas and ask them if they have an area where you can advertise your home.
