Denver’s average Median Household income (latest stats I could find) is $62,760. http://www.bizjournals.com/denver/blog/finance_etc...Still less than the average home price....but even then, my numbers could be way off...but they are still trending in the same direction based on this Denver Post article from last March.http://www.denverpost.com/2016/03/04/what-salary-i...This shouldn't be new news to anyone who's watching the market in this area.  

Any articles on BP to help with estimating rehab costs???

I have read a few books, some blog and some articles of how to go about investing in real estate.

There are plenty of ways on this site to educate yourself from webinars, articles, books ( I recommend books by both John Scott (fix & flip) or Brandon Turner (Rentals), podcasts etc...

Since my research led me to this site, I thought it would be wise to ask permission to glean information to give the article credibility.  

A few reads were interesting, for example, this article In Defense of Rent Control.  

I read some news articles and I understand that it may be due to the oil boom.  

I just read an article in the Denver Post about Tumbleweed Homes building a tiny home community down the road in Salida.
