Hello Everyone,

My name is Valentin Canchola, I work in the IT industry but in the past few years I have been really interested in Real Estate. I am trying to learn more about flipping houses and buy and hold. Welcome @Valentin Canchola , and Yes BiggerPockets is a great place to start for all level investors. Check out the UBG (ultimate beginner guide) under education  if you haven't done so. Great read.
