Hi,

My name is mark and I'm a bit new to the concept of real estate investing. I have read a few books, some blog and some articles of how to go about investing in real estate. I'm currently seeking a class that would fit my schedule(which I hope is a good investment itself) for more knowledge before I get my feet wet as I am currently saving for a down payment on my first home. Any tips on where I can learn more would be greatly appreciated. I'm also willing to take a seasoned investor to lunch (Denver, Colorado) to pick your brain a little if you don't mind. Look forward to hearing from the community.
