I offered and had an acceptance on a property in Niagara (ST CATS) that would have made good cash .. but similarly I had to inherit tenants i didnt like and 2 of the 3 units not great . so I bailed on it.Just had an accepted offer in Peterborough for 290 this weekend, and its a decent home, good area, not as sexy of a cash flow but WAY less headaches.
