Buyers, What areas are you interested investing in.

So I have been wholesaling a month. I have been overwhelmed and confused on the best areas to market to.  Than I had a aha moment.  I did not do not do any real market research as a wholesaler.  Like this is Marketing 101.  I have not asked what investors in Atlanta want to buy.  I think I forgot to view investors as my actual client and was viewing the motivated seller as the client.  The fact is the buyer is the actual end client.  Now with this new mindset..... I have a simple question that could have probably saved me hours of time and money if I asked from the beginning.

What areas are you interested in investing in?

SFH's near the southside and westside beltline. Mechanicsville, Pittsburgh, Adair Park, West End, Westview, Washington Park, Ashview Heights, Mosley Park, Washington Park, Grove Park. I believe there are many investors buying in these areas. Like @Matthew Nicklin mentioned, you have to know the area to determine what price is good for you to wholesale to investors.
