Houston Market for Rental property Investment
Hello, I'm just getting started out in real estate investing. I am a college student with around 5-6k saved up. I have been looking at houses and analyzing for deals for past couple of months for a rental property. But most ROI I'm getting is around 3-4%. Most of the properties are around clear lake and league city are. I was wondering if I am looking in a wrong area? Which other areas should I look in if cashflow is my priority?
Any help is appreciated, Thank you.
