You can suggest to use his contract or yours just make sure you have your lawyer or a real estate agent review the contract if you decide to use his.

I suspect our ability to get those terms will be somewhat limited going forward, as this loan already required extra review because the two LLC members on the note already had 4 properties between them and this was number five.

Late to the post but I honestly can't believe so many of you would go out of your way to prove the report incorrect.... unless its a very difficult rental market I would have moved on 2.3 seconds after I reviewed the report.
